Quadra Cedar Hill Community Association

The Quadra Cedar Hill Community Association (QCHCA) is a volunteer-led, non-profit organization dedicated to representing and strengthening the diverse neighbourhoods within the Quadra Cedar Hill area of Saanich. Guided by a philosophy of grassroots activism, the Association seeks input and consensus from residents before taking action — ensuring every voice has a role in shaping the community’s future.
QCHCA serves as a collective voice for local residents on key issues such as land use, development, traffic safety, and environmental sustainability. It also acts as a clearinghouse for community information, helping residents stay connected, informed, and engaged in municipal and regional matters.
Through its partnership with the Saanich Legacy Foundation, QCHCA can accept charitable donations that directly support local initiatives — from neighbourhood improvement projects and educational programs to environmental preservation and community events. Together, SLF and QCHCA work to enhance civic engagement and foster a vibrant, inclusive, and well-connected community in the heart of Saanich.
Your donation helps empower local residents, support grassroots action, and strengthen the sense of community that defines Quadra Cedar Hill.
